Terms and Conditions

By booking accommodation online through www.therisebenohau.co.nz you agree to the following terms and conditions

Booking/Cancellation:

Your reservation is charged in full at the time of booking and a confirmation is emailed to you.

Guests can cancel up until 7 days before arrival date and receive a full refund. 

If cancelling within 7 days of arrival, 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

All Visa/Mastercard/Credit card payments incur a 2.9% transaction fee. 

Children:

This is an adults-only accommodation and unfortunately not suitable for children.

Vouchers:

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase dates. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. 

Arrival/Departure times:

Check-in details will be emailed to you two days before your stay. Please check your spam or reach out to us [email protected] if you do not receive this.  

Check-in is from 3pm. Please advise your approximate arrival time when making your reservation.

Check-out is before 11am on the day of departure.

Smoking:

This is a Smoke-Free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin or outdoor areas. 


You will be responsible for any costs, damage, or liability arising as a result of smoking. 

This includes but is not limited to call-out fees from the Fire Department.

Animals:

No animals are permitted, except for working assistance dogs.
