While our cabin is designed to keep you comfortable any time of the year, to ensure you get the most out of your stay, it does pay to be prepared for different temperatures. Our summer months are typically hot and dry and perfect for dips in the lake, while snow may settle here over the cold winter months, often bringing the sparkling magic of a hoar frost.
Antipasto Platter
Indulge in The Rise’ signature antipasto platter, a feast for the senses that will transport you straight to the heart of Italy. Our platter is a carefully curated selection of the finest meats, cheeses, seasonal fruit and vegetables, all carefully prepared and presented for your enjoyment.
Savor the rich flavors of our artisanal cured meats, each with its own unique taste and texture. Our selection of cheeses includes a variety of soft and hard cheeses, such as creamy brie, smoked, and sharp cheddar, all perfectly paired with our selection of crackers as itemised;

Our platter also features a variety of seasonal vegetables, each bursting with flavor and color. And to top it all off, we include a selection of nuts and fruits, adding a touch of sweetness and crunch to the platter. The Antipasto Platter will be prepared and in the fridge awaiting your arrival.

Start your day off right with our delicious breakfast items, all available for you to prepare in the comfort of your private kitchen. We provide everything you need to create a satisfying and nutritious breakfast, so you can fuel up for a day of adventure or relaxation.
Our breakfast hamper is provided contactless at approximately 8am and includes a variety to suit most tastes and dietary preferences. We provide a range of savoury breakfast items ready for you to cook as itemised below;
- 200gm Free-range Bacon
- 6 Farm Fresh Eggs
- Par-baked loaf Ciabatta
- 6 Hashbrowns
- Butter
- Wedge of Artisan Cheese
- 250gm Hawthorne Plunger Coffee
- 500ml Organic Milk
All of our breakfast items are carefully selected to ensure that you have everything you need to start your day well-nourished.
